Bread Rolls
Ingredients :
3 Medium size potatoes
1/2 Cup boiled green peas
7 Slices of sandwich bread
1 teaspoon ginger paste
1 Teaspoon green chilli paste
1 Teaspoon Dry mango powder(Aamchur Powder)
1 Teaspoon Cumin Seeds
1 Tablespoon chopped corriander leaves
Curry Leaves
Salt to taste
Oil to fry
Method :
Boil potatoes in the pressure cooker.
Mash potatoes and add boiled green peas to it.
Heat 1 teaspoon of oil in the pan to prepare tempering .
Add cumin seeds, curry leaves , Chilli ginger paste .
Pour this tempering on the mashed potatoes and green peas mixture.
Add salt, Dry mango powder, Chopped corriander and mix it well.
Now your stuffing for the bread roll is ready.
Divide this mixture into 6-7 portions and Make small oval balls of stuffing.
Cut the brown edges of the bread with help of knife.

Take a slice of bread and drizzle some water on it( Just a few drops) and press the bread slice lightly in between your palms . When you press it , It will become flat like roti.
Now place the stuffing ball on the slice of bread and and gently seal the bread from all edges. Take some water to seal the sides of the bread. Place the stuffing in the centre of the slice and roll sides of the bread over the stuffing in the centre. It will make oval shape roll.
Repeat the process for remaining bread slices.
Now heat the oil in the pan. Deep fry the bread roll on medium to high flame. Do not fry them on low heat other wise it will absorb more oil and rolls become oily.
Fry the rolls until you see nice golden colour .
Server hot with Tomato Ketchup or Green chutney.
