Tomato Soup


Ingredients

  • 4-5 Medium Size Tomatoes
  • 2 Carrots
  • 1 Small Onion
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic Paste
  • 1 Teaspoon Ginger Paste
  • 4 Tablespoon Butter
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper 



Recipe


  • Cut Tomato,Carrot and onion into large pieces.Place all together into the pressure cooker .
  • Add ginger garlic paste and 2 cups of water to it. Pressure cook it upto 3-4 whistles.
  • After 3-4 whistles turn off the gas and wait until the pressure is released. 
  • Remove the lead carefully and Take all ingredients into the blender.
  • Blend it to puree.
  • Strain the puree with strainer  .
  • Add 2-3 cup of water , butter, Black pepper and salt to it.
  • Adjust the water quantity according to your desire consistency.You can add more water if its too thick.
  • Let it boil for about 5 - 10 Minutes.
  • Tangy tomato soup is ready to serve. 
  • You can add croutons to the soup when serving. It's optional but It will enhance the taste.
