Kurkurit Lasni Karle/Crispy Bitter Gourd with Garlic



 Ingredients :

3 Medium Bitter Gourd(Karela)
1 Tablespoon Garlic paste
1 Teaspoon Red chilli powder
1 Teaspoon Salt(Adjust to your taste)
Pinch of Turmeric 
2 Tablespoon of Corn Starch
Oil for frying 

 Method :

Wash the Bitter gourd and make thin slices of it.

Take one bowl and add sliced bitter gourd, garlic paste,red chilli powder and salt . Mix well and marinate it for 20 to 30 min.

After 30 min add 2 tablespoon of corn starch to it and mix it properly. 

Heat the oil in frying pan. Once the oil is heated fry slices of bitter gourd on medium heat. Fry it until you see golden brown color.
