Vegetable cutlets Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 Boiled potato
  • 1 Cup finely chopped vegetables(Green peas, French beans, carrot, corn,cauliflower)
  • 1 Teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1 Teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1 Teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 Teaspoon lemon Juice
  • 1 Cup breadcrumbs
  • 4 Tablespoon all purpose flour
  • Oil for frying.
  • salt to taste







Recipe


  • Mix water into chopped Vegetables(except potato)and boil it for 5-7 minutes.
  • Allow it to cool .Drain the water from the vegetables.Make the vegetables dry by squeezing them.so there should not remain any water into it.
  • peel the potato and mash it.
  • Add steamed vegetables to mashed potato .
  • Add cumin seeds, chili powder,coriander powder, lemon juice and salt.Mix it well
  • Now add 4 tablespoon water to all purpose flour and make a paste
  • Make a small balls of mixture with oiled hands.
  • Shape the balls into square flat shape pattties
  • Roll patty in the flour batter and roll into breadcrumbs an keep aside
  • Heat the oil in a deep pan on a medium heat.
  • Now fry cutlets until they are golden brown in color on both sides
  • Your Cutlets are ready serve.
  • Serve with Tomato Ketchup .
