Vegetable cutlets Recipe
- 2 Boiled potato
- 1 Cup finely chopped vegetables(Green peas, French beans, carrot, corn,cauliflower)
- 1 Teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 Teaspoon coriander powder
- 1 Teaspoon chili powder
- 1 Teaspoon lemon Juice
- 1 Cup breadcrumbs
- 4 Tablespoon all purpose flour
- Oil for frying.
- salt to taste
Recipe
- Mix water into chopped Vegetables(except potato)and boil it for 5-7 minutes.
- Allow it to cool .Drain the water from the vegetables.Make the vegetables dry by squeezing them.so there should not remain any water into it.
- peel the potato and mash it.
- Add steamed vegetables to mashed potato .
- Add cumin seeds, chili powder,coriander powder, lemon juice and salt.Mix it well
- Now add 4 tablespoon water to all purpose flour and make a paste
- Make a small balls of mixture with oiled hands.
- Shape the balls into square flat shape pattties
- Roll patty in the flour batter and roll into breadcrumbs an keep aside
- Heat the oil in a deep pan on a medium heat.
- Now fry cutlets until they are golden brown in color on both sides
- Your Cutlets are ready serve.
- Serve with Tomato Ketchup .
