Fried Ice Cream-Delicious Dessert


Ingredients

1 Quart Vanilla Ice cream (u can use any flavour of your choice)
1 Cup bread crumbs
2 Tablespoon all purpose flour(Maida)
2 plastic wrap paper
Oil for frying
Chocolate cream
Whip cream


Recipe


  • Sift the all purpose flour. add water and make medium consistency paste.(not too thick or too thin)
  • Scoop ice cream and make a 4-5 balls of medium size.
  • Gently roll ice cream balls into all purpose flour paste and then roll into bread crumbs.
  • Wrap ice cream balls immediately into plastic wrap paper and freeze it for 15 minutes.
  • After 15 minutes repeat the process of rolling ice cream balls into all purpose flour paste and bread crumbs.
  • Then again wrap the ice cream balls into plastic wrap and freeze it for another 15 minutes.
  • Heat the oil in a deep pan on a high heat. 
  • Now fry the ice cream balls for 10 to 15 seconds til it get golden brown colour.
  • Decorate it with whip cream and chocolate cream
  • Your dessert is ready to serve.

























Note
  •  The process of Rolling & wrapping of  ice cream balls should be done immediately. 
  •  Don't take all ice cream balls together out of the freeze. If you are frying 2 balls at a time then take   only 2 balls out otherwise it will start melting and you will not be able to fry it. 
  • You can use beaten egg whites instead of all purpose flour paste. 
  • Use only Deep & heavy pan for frying.
