Aloo Sabji (Batata Bhaji)
Ingredient
- 2 Boiled potato
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon asaphetida(Hing)
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 2-3 finely chopped green chili
- 2-3 curry leaves
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon chopped coriander
- 2 tablespoon oil
Recipe
- Peel and chop potato into small pieces
- Heat the oil in a pan on medium flame.
- Add mustard seeds as soon as mustard seeds begins to pop up add cumin seeds and curry leaves
- Now add Ginger garlic paste onion, asaphetida,turmeric powder and chopped green chili.
- Fry it till oil starts separate from the masala.
- Add potato pieces to the masala and add salt.
- Fry it for 3-5 minute.
- Garnish with coriander and aloo sabji is ready to serve
- Goes well with poori or you can use this sabji for masala dosa.
