Raw Mango Chutney

Ingredients        

1 cup chopped raw mango

6-7 Garlic cloves

½ Cup coriander leaves

5-6 Green chilies(adjust to taste)

¼ cup dry coconut(optional)

Jaggery 1 tsp

½ tsp Salt (adjust to taste)

½ tsp Cumin

 

Seasoning Or Tadka

1 tsp oil

2 red chili

4-5  curry leaves

1 Pinch hing

 

Method

 

1.       Add Chopped mango,garlic,Chilies, dry coconut, coriander, cumin, jaggery, salt to a blender and blend until smooth.

2.       Transfer chutney to a serving bowl.

Tempering chutney

1.       Heat a pan with 1 teaspoon oil. When the oil turns hot, add mustard once they crackled then add cumin, red chili and curry leaves.

When curry leaves turn crisp add hing and pour this over the chutney. Ready to serve!
