Pumpkin Sweet Halva(Lal Bhopalyacha Halva)



Ingredients :
  • 1 Cup grated pumpkin
  • 1 Tablespoon ghee
  • 1/2 Cup sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Milk
  • 1 Tablespoon khoya(khawa)
  • 1 Teaspoon cardamom powder
  • 4-5 Almonds
  • 4-5 Cashew nut

Recipe :
  • Heat ghee in a kadhai(deep frying pan) on medium heat .
  • Add grated pumpkin and fry it for 1-2 min.
  • Add Khoya and mix it well
  • Now add sugar and milk 
  • Add cardamom powder,almonds and cashew nuts and mix it well
  • Cover the pan and cook it for 5-8 mins Or until it absorbs all the milk .
  • Pumpkin halva is ready to serve
