Pumpkin Sweet Halva(Lal Bhopalyacha Halva)
Ingredients :
- 1 Cup grated pumpkin
- 1 Tablespoon ghee
- 1/2 Cup sugar
- 1/2 Cup Milk
- 1 Tablespoon khoya(khawa)
- 1 Teaspoon cardamom powder
- 4-5 Almonds
- 4-5 Cashew nut
Recipe :
- Heat ghee in a kadhai(deep frying pan) on medium heat .
- Add grated pumpkin and fry it for 1-2 min.
- Add Khoya and mix it well
- Now add sugar and milk
- Add cardamom powder,almonds and cashew nuts and mix it well
- Cover the pan and cook it for 5-8 mins Or until it absorbs all the milk .
- Pumpkin halva is ready to serve
